With the obtention of the European licence, TrainsporT was officially recognized as a railway transport company by the Belgian Ministry of transport and mobility and by the European Commission, according to the European directives 2001/12/EG, 2001/13/EG and 2001/14/EG.

The European Licence accounts for the required preliminary procedure to offer railway transport services in Europe and is valid in all the Member States of the European Union.

As well as the European Licence, other certifications will be required depending on the Member State.
